    • Free shipping on orders above ILS 1,000.
    • A flat rate of ILS 50 applies for orders below ILS 1,000.
  2. Custom Design Shipping:
    • Custom-designed jewelry may incur additional shipping charges, which will be communicated during the order process.
  3. Expedited Shipping:
    • Available upon request. Additional charges will apply based on the delivery location and urgency.

3. Processing Time

  1. Ready-Made Products:
    • Orders are processed within 18 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Custom-Designed Jewelry:
    • Processing and production time for custom designs may take  30 business days or longer, depending on the complexity of the design.

4. Delivery Time

  1. Standard Delivery:
    • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after the order is processed.
  2. Custom Design Delivery:
    • Delivery timelines for custom-designed jewelry will be communicated during the design confirmation process.
  3. Delays:
    • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier service disruptions. We will

  4. The product delivery times are as specified on the product’s sales page unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is clarified that the shipping times commence from the date the transaction is approved by the credit card company.

    Without derogating from the above, the operator shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery of the product resulting from force majeure, hostilities, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, lockouts, or any other circumstances beyond the operator’s control.
